highly doubt Valve would ever issue skin refunds over this, to be honest. do but it wouldn't make sense for CS when it's dominantly Windows users. I know big games like Fortnite, Apex Legends, etc. many other huge franchises also don't waste their time porting games over for Mac.

It sucks but when people think of PC gaming, they know it's Windows and many. I bet they saw the majority played on PC/Windows and decided to focus on that instead of wasting time, money, and resources for a very small amount of users who want to play Counter-Strike on Mac devices.
